Processing Times

• Custom Orders (Photo Magnets): Because each item is made to order, please allow up to 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
• Pre-Made Items & Frames: These typically ship within 2–3 business days.
• Bulk Orders: Large or wholesale orders may require additional processing time. If your order falls into this category, we’ll reach out with an estimated timeline.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination, typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@snaplovemagnets.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.

We currently ship within the United States only.
