Refund & Returns Policy

At SnapLove Magnets, every order is made with care and attention to detail. While most of our items are made just for you, we always want you to feel happy with your purchase.

Custom Items

Custom and personalized items (including photo magnets made from your images) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each one is created especially for you, so once production begins, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. If something doesn’t look right or you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@snaplovemagnets.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Pre-Made Items & Frames

Pre-made items, including photo frames, are final sale. Because these products are carefully described and photographed, we are not able to offer returns due to personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in shipping or has a defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@snaplovemagnets.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or store credit.
